I'm loving, absolutely loving this Vegan life! I feel like one trillion dollars. And cooking? It may be the newness of it but I'm finding that I am never bored with cooking anymore. Tempeh is my new friend. Oh, and the universe sent me a new Vegan restaurant in town!

I didn't realize I was doing the I'm A Little Teapot, but you're right. I was actually doing the What Are These Strange And Intriguing Things On The . . .How You Say, Stove? pose.
Love the photos, especially the tea kettles. I can hardly cook vegetarian food and vegan would be a real stretch since mac & cheese is one of my vegetarian stand bys. I admire you.
